    Xstrata was said to be the fool not to have pitched a $7 or $8 bid pre JORC as CDU would be north of $10 after the JORC.

    Xstrata not looking so silly now, McCrae is the tool with egg and sewerage all over his face and well deserved, his distraction prior(litigation against HC/posters) to the JORC is comical at best.

    A book could be written about this debarcle
