    Can someone explain why you wouldn't buy ANL today at 10.5/11c, then accept the 12c takeover offer from Matlin Patterson before it expired this coming Wed. at 7pm.

    Seems an easy way to make 10-14% on your money in 2 days.

    1.4m were traded today at these prices.

    Does it have anything to do with T+3 preventing buyers from accepting?
