Very true Fraser, well noted. I can see the oversupply of the product as a big issue in years to come. I am not an agriculturist, so I may be off by a long mile by my sentiments but the following two pieces of information ring true to me:
1: Australia and USA/Canada have 2 different seasonal cycles. If the requirement for fresh product is needed to be met, does Australia not have the ability to take advantage of the 'off season' in North America?This is a strong case for local cultivation of the product, which I can see in the pipeline for CPH.
2: There have been rumblings that there could be a shortage of MC in North America, possibly due to the above as well as other environmental causes (forest fires, CA is in a MASSIVE drought). Is this not another shortfall a company like CPH could take advantage of?
