As a shareholder for over 10 years, I bought most of my holding around .03 when there were only 28 million shares on issue, was well inside the top 10 holders. When their California Gas project went tits up I put the shares in the bottom drawer and didn't take much notice of what was going on until now.
In that time I have seen XEN reinvent itself so many times, Landowner/Developer, Gold, Oil, Gas, more Gold, more Oil, Uranium and finally Coal. I'm surprised they haven't ventured into Iron Ore LOL.

None of these ventures have amounted to much although a couple of them failed more due to bad luck re unscrupules partners than anything else.

But this time it looks might XEN has a chance to finally become a company in it's own right. At first I thought they bought Hinton to dress it up and flog it off but with this new manager in place and his track record it looks like they are serious about turning XEN into a coal producer.

Time will tell but I will continue to hold for the long term, it's all a free carry for me so I have nothing to lose.
