    What a load of tripe.

    All markets are the same and go through cycles of boom and bust. When prices inflate too quickly, far from the mean, a few dominos fall and the stampeed begins.

    I don't think excess supply will burst this bubble, rather unaffordability and a recession domino effect once rates start to revert back to their long term average.

    If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck it's a speculative bubble build on cheap cash and leverage like most modern bubbles.

    When 18 years olds think theyre the next Donald Trump thinking making money is easy all they need is a big loan then, you know the market is overheating.
