Intriguing that some here are saying the housing market is currently a bubble as if it is like the stock market.
Have we ever had a major property crash?
Not that I am aware of, yeah couple of times at the peak of property prices we had falls of 10% but each time that was relatively short lived and property went on to new highs.
Key difference between property and stocks, you can live with out owning stocks but every one needs some were to live so they need to own or rent a home
