    FACTS
    As of Wednesday Pfizer & BoD didn't have the numbers.
    After 5 months of plotting and treating SH as fools with a low ball offer and then eventually doubling it (for the headline) they still don't have the numbers.
    Now they're playing real dirty with the $700k "bridging loan" to scare SH's that the world is flat (it's round BTW) and we're about to fall over the edge into the abyss, call in the administrators and then Pfizer will just get the technology for nothing. Seriously people Pfizer still thinks we are fools (yet in control of a golden goose).
