I have held this share since 2015 and wasconvinced that this was going to be a very successful investment. What I am pi$$edoff the most is the mistakes made by the Board resulting in multiple capitalraisings that have severely diluted long term holders as well as reducing thecompany’s potential EPS (if RAP becomes profitable). Otherwise this stock wouldbe a lot higher than where it is.

Initially I voted No but that was on the hopethat Pfizer would increase their offer as it appears that they really want tobuy the company. Now that Pfizer have declared their offer as final (unlessthere is a competing offer) I am going to vote Yes. This is because I am a trader/investorwith minimal sources of other income and I have no faith in the current boardever commercialising the technology. This is based on all the announcements madebut with little income to show for it.

Furthermore my average price is higherthan the 20.8c that Pfizer is offering and I would rather cut my losses thanpotentially have my losses blow out further. I think if I had a much lowerentry price and had less to lose then I might vote No but for someonesitting on large losses then it is an opportunity to cut my losses and justimportantly ease the mental burden that has plagued me.

Everyone obviously has to vote based on theirown personal circumstances and I have outlined mine and why I have changed myvote.
