Initially I voted No but that was on the hopethat Pfizer would increase their offer as it appears that they really want tobuy the company. This is based on all the announcements madebut with little income to show for it.

Furthermore my average price is higherthan the 20.8c that Pfizer is offering and I would rather cut my losses thanpotentially have my losses blow out further. I think if I had a much lowerentry price and had less to lose then I might vote No but for someonesitting on large losses then it is an opportunity to cut my losses and justimportantly ease the mental burden that has plagued me.

Everyone obviously has to vote based on theirown personal circumstances and I have outlined mine and why I have changed myvote.

your situation is akin to mine when i discovered RAP before TK's epic US clinical trial fail. one reason i stuck to RAP ever since however, and why i continue to vote NO is that my decision to buy RAP was based on the scientific papers behind the tech. It uses spectral density estimations, a technique i have applied successfully in my career which is not health related. This is not a recommendation which way to vote (your shares, your vote) just sayin why i am voting no: i'm convinced the tech works and i'm not selling cheap that's all.
