Why you should vote YES - a professional investor's perspective, page-15

I am a long term holder and my sentiment has been vote no but in the absence of a superior bid from another company then the fat lady will be getting her vocal cords warmed up. I still think a competitor could well make a play before the final count so I would not be changing your vote just yet.
Unfortunately we have been totally let down by the BOD and I would be very surprised if any of them ever sit on another board again.
All my own opinion of course
