It surprises me that the professional investors who are pointing out the dangers of voting no have supposedly been holding since before the initial offer and have , just like TK , been promoting each offer as it appears. I have no doubt that puppey is a well heeled sophisticated investor but I am sure that the advice that he is sharing is only being volunteered because it suits his own purpose and not that he has any concerns about anybody else's financial well being.
