Stay calm everyone - for the yes vote to get up Pfizer need greater than 75% of the shares - not 50% as a lot of these new SH might think

This won’t be easy - there is no significant large share holder, and us LTSH will continue to vote no, and I don’t think FIL will accept such a low offer.

The 50% vote requirement also needed for the Yes vote will also be hard with so many people dedicated to the No vote.

Pfizer know this and are playing games - they refuse to walk away so the next 2 weeks will be interesting AIMO
