The last dot point in the ‘Best & Final’ announcement is simply an extension of the current terms of the agreement with Pfizer relating to possible possible development of a COVID-19 product. Pfizer is licensed to use the intellectual property generated under the current partnership. That licence remains non-exclusive, so RAP can licence use of the IP to another partner if desired.
It has nothing to do with the other intellectual property backing RAP’s established products.
The dot point just provides an additional opportunity for a negative misinterpretation.
