I'm a nobody, and per my disclosure, not even a holder. As such my post is from a suitably humble point of view; I hope it's taken as such.
Your address to the HC community arrived the day after the fortnight delay/bridging loan announcement. So, either you surmised the delay was necessitated by a prevailing 'No' vote (given the tone of your address) or there's a less obvious variable you're taking in to account.
It has also occurred to me that should FDA approval for dx arrive between now & the vote, the Arb Frat could possibly have accrued quite the voting stake.
I have no motivation to compel holders to vote one way or the other but am a firm believer in swarm intelligence and the power of harnessing different opinions; of which mine is only one.
