IMO I think remitances are the easiest and first break through (ie Western Union etc), secondly i think the travel market will take off (ie bitcoin travel money card type thingy) and lastly the "Bitcoin as gold" theme will take off in countries (ie Russia, South American countries etc) where it will be easier to buy and store bitcoins and transact than say US$.
Thats the next 12 months, after that, it will be all kind of blockchain related things we cant imagine yet but will be second nature (like internet banking is) in a few years.
