Unfortunately, there is brewing violence in the Democratic Republic of Congo - entire villages burned to the ground in the east (2,000 homes destroyed) as a president fights for his political survival. Major sovereign risk imo - I wouldn't have my investment in this place.
It simply reinforces AUZ's timing AND location.
