I'm not expecting any surprises- in the 2 hours allotted for the trial there is barely enough time to get the formalities out of the way and basic facts of the matter heard before its time for judgement so as i've stipulated before the judge clearly does not think this to be a complex matter otherwise he would have allocated more time or he would have refused to bifurcate it from the remaining issues of the trial
