Yes we've all been too earlier in hindsight BUT we wouldn't have given ourself the option if it played out as hoped (clean IND process, regional deal etc) and more importantly bothered to understand the potential long term story in such detail.
If they can limit near term dilution this can still make your average price look astute. All IMO
