Such a good post to remind us of what could be. My wife is a physiotherapist in an orthopaedic ward of a hospital so sees a lot of the joint replacement patients in Hobart. She talks about the amount of TKRs that probably aren't even necessary going through the system because the patient thinks it is the easiest option rather than weight loss and strengthening through exercise etc. Zilosul could fit as perfect step before surgery for all of these patients as an easier first option to try.
With worse case scenario of not receiving dmoad labelling, I think the sales figures are still quite conservative..
