I completely agree and I think u r right however with one caveat - timing.
this can be highly successful company if they pass p3 etc etc etc and I think the stock can be $2-5 in 9months to 3-4 years. potentially more.
but re the options, if the fda goes slow on them or funding options aren't easy then u can have a scenario where shares are in the doldrums for another 6 months and then they get approvals / funding later. if that happens then your options expire worthless.
I have bought a few options but I prefer to buy shares at 25c as they can still go up 10x in a few years. admittedly the thought of shares at circa a dollar and options at 30c vs 2c today is appealing.
