I'm certainly not qualified to even come up with an exhaustive list, smarter financial minds on here will be able to add (subtract) some ideas:
But some examples?
1) Highly Dilutive On market! yay ! (Not) - I shouldn't have added that here, I'm going to get boo'ed. Lucky there is no Thumbs DOWN at the bottom of this post eh' ?
Look it would hurt, even if it were only a small emergency type funding stop gap...we have had enough of these, they have been WAY TOO discounted...yes one could make an argument that if we are going to one day be a MULTI BILLION dollar revenue company, what's the difference between 350 Mil shares and 500 mil...but nah, we don't want to go here... very painful, we have had enough of them, it's been like at 30% discount and that one on Sunday nearly was the death of me.
2) Non DIlutive...now u r talking....Royalty Funding. Lend us X now,...tide us over till P3...then you can have 3.5 X...maybe 4X paid slowly over a few years as a % of our royalty. Not as much crying from you (ie the shareholders) part, we all kinda win win, specially in the long run.
3) Debt Financing? A little ugly, what's the collateral, what's the % rate...there is risk for the funder, it might be more than 15% per annum...but if we did get this and the FDA came to the party (Hey, I'd invite them, wouldn't you? I wonder if they like Red wine or Aussie beer?)...well 15% is not much to pay to be funded till Read Out Day...worth it! The interest is claimable right? Ox seems to be good at the accounts...whaddya say?
4) Regional Deal - Possibly one of the smoothest ways to the finish line...we don't want to go too early on an OA Global...in fact the longer we can hold out the better....kinda like a no blinking staring comp ...try not to blink too soon...try not to do a Global OA dela too soon....it doesn't rise in a linear fashion...it rises EXPONENTIALLY. Worth waiting for? You bet! My thoughts.
5) Cornerstone!
I like this idea too but I'm wary of limiting us auction style.
What do I mean...well a BP/MP comes along, we give them a seat at the table...maybe some other incentives but the big one is FROR

Not exactly...I mean First Right Of Refusal on any subsequent deals....it can be a touch limiting though as others may not put their best foot forward when it comes to dealing time....specially if they know there is a party already in the board room?
6) Private Equity Consortium
IF...and maybe it's a big if, the funding gap isn't like, silly...maybe there is a small band of merry men and women that can raise funds to help out privately, angel style?
There are prob a few other ways to do this, there have been in the past with other companies, yes we dont have revenue but my goodness we have potential....
We need some run on the board...I get it.
Maybe some of the bond guys/financial wizards can help come up some more funkier ideas...it's just high level...but there are options (alternatives, not necessarily derivatives), thats what Im saying..and these alternatives can only be boosted once we have certainty on our P3.
