there can't be a deal with China pre fda confirm. I think we all know that. so as you say another deadline missed. I am sick of it and I am not apologising for them but the fda did throw a spanner in the works with the fact that they won't reply to par under fast track protocols.
question is if the company acknowledges that and if they do, when they do.
