Said the same myself in prior posts. Its a common assumption on here a deal will only progress on FDA approving the 2x2. I can see numerous scenarios where that is not a factor at all. Its what we want as investors of course. Doesn't make it a pre-requisite to a Chinese deal for example.
Arguably quite the opposite. If I am a Chinese suitor, convinced of the merits having done my due dilligence already, I want to strike a deal whilst PAR is looking a little listless. If PAR gets 2x2 FDA confirmation, it would be a more brazen PR and co. at the negotiating table.
Here's hoping Paul "I've been touting a partnership deal for five years" Rennie finally pulls a deal out of the hat, 2x2 FDA confirmation or otherwise.
