The fact that cases are rising, even with strict measures such as lockdowns, wearing masks ,etc....you wonder whether surface contamination is one of the reasons Delta keeps spreading so fast, not only here but also overseas with much higher vaccination rates. I find it strange that so little attention is paid to the risk of surface contamination in the media. I mean, we all go to the super market constantly touching produce. I've also noticed that people have become a bit slack in using hand sanitizers in supermarkets, at least compared to the first wave where a lot more focus was put on good hand hygiene.
