If you don't think there will be a better offer you can sell your LGL and still get around 1 NCM share for every 9 LGL. Not quite the origonal offer, but if there isn't a follow up bid your LGL shares will slowly drift back to pre offer price.
Tough decision but if it was me I'd sell out, but reinvest in gold (not necessarily NCM). Or buy back into LGL around the $3 mark in a cpl of weeks. You gamble either way.
