As for upside ...who can tell..its not important...

I owned Aurion Gold about 8-9 years ago and an offer came from Placer dome (shares offer)...the day of the offer was made was the highest price for aurion you could have got because the price of placer fell from 25 to 15 so the scrip offer fell almost 40% from the high...

In NDY case first offer was 1.46 final price was 2.40

So as you can see it really depends on many circumstances..

Remember...there are very few holes in the ground which provide 1m ounces of gold per annum that you dont need to spend a cent or a second looking for...

That will eventually find its true value...
