Why is FMJ flying this week?
Here's my thesis (and I think there is more to come too):
* The "world class potash asset"
* The two equity finance deals
* The proactive nature of management to secure all of this in such a short space of time (and their proven success with MOT, STB etc.)
* Small MCap still under 50mill even at 92cents
(OK fairly obvious so far - here is what separates FMJ from many other blue sky nano caps IMO)
* Brand new company. No bad history, no "stale holders" etc
* VERY tight register (heck over 50% is held by top 20, and if you add in Madam Cheung, well over 50%)
* Many other recent buyers are accumulating, there are not tonnes of shares coming back on the market for profits - yet.
* Not much stock available - which all means...
ANY small amount of good news will continue to drive the re-rate. Even a positive write up in a paper will bring new shareholders to the fold, and with not many shares available, the price will keep going, people can end up chasing the price (not so wise IMO)
I have seen this a number of times before and happy to be proven wrong but think this may well happen again here
New play, major blue sky, extremely tight register = fireworks
All IMHO - DYOR
