I stepped out of BOD @ 8.1 cents. I can see why the others want in. But having trouble seeing what the upside is fpr BOD. So until I can see why they did this deal I am out and watching.
Much is made of the cash flow business Allied are throwing up, $565K profit. Doesnt excite me.
Very early stage research by Prof Frazer. Probably exciting in ten years.
I just cant get my head around the upside for BOD shareholders. I can see the upside for all the others. Great deal for AVX.
Please correct me if I have misread events, but I don't feel I have sufficient information to make a good decision. So I stepped out.
Gut feeling is the Directors sold far too cheap. But happy to hear opposing views. BOD had good form, before this announcement.
