    re: why?....placement Someone must know the issue price and it must be under $3. Probably a soph investor getting set and will sell into any strength as they know they will get fill from placement. Small 100 shares appeared again to give support and force a better close price?

    Little buyers again and a reasonable seller earlier in the day
