I think you saw the option conversion today and think that is a new capital raising ?

By 1-3h i assume you mean 1 to 3 hours after the earl announcement the option conversion ann came out ?

Your other Q about sending a broken rig to spud. The is a great shortage of drilling and completion services in the Bakken as it is a very hot play and that is a great thing.

Capital raising in may- I doubt it as we have about $70mil in the bank atm. If there was to be a captial raising then perhpas one next year but if you take the time to do some research you will see that our planned drilling campaign will be self sustaining but even if a cap raising is needed then that is also a great thing ?
