What are you talking about !!!! ------Shareholders have been exercising options in small amounts for several months because they have been often priced at a discount to the heads for yonks not withstanding the lower liquidity. Its a decent discount for many who want to hold for longer term. Todays option exercise has no relationship to the announcement on the frac update. You will have to do better than that if you want to try your hand at a downramp....... better luck next time.
