    You are only considerning the 2P & Gas flow - This takeover is all about 3P+2C -Go and read ESG IER Again & Again.

    As Buddy said

    "And, if we didn't have any good deposits, why on earth would Shell, through AOE, would want to buy us out. I am sure that they wouldnlt be wasting their money on us, if we weren't any good."

    Shell only looking BOW 3P+2P and they know how much this worth in future -but with $1.52 they are paying only .08 cents which is the all time low:
