Well SF I didn't expect that from you but your logic can cut both ways.
BOWs flow rates according to the company were "trending" upwards, suggesting an expectation of continued improvement. What is to suggest that they won't continue to trend upwards to 350+?
Why do you think this is all BOW has in terms of flow rates and 2P certification?
