    I had a face to face with a key player in BOW/Shell discussions. Don't think it appropriate to drop names.

    I pressed with hard questions, but had to back off as the "key player" started to get perturbed by my approach.

    Simple equation: No other seriously interested party and Shell knew this, so were able to make a take it or we walk away offer.
