stock is underdelivering and wet season has already started to affect some oil and gas explorers in WA, (see Oil Basins (OBL) which I dont own and cant recommend btw).
My colleagues tell me the wet has started early in the NT also so perhaps the Philippinnes (how do many ps and ns in that word again) will be affected soon also, that will mean more delays, no drilling.
Seems to me this stock always moves one way or another ahead of news.
