Based on communication with TNR by someone on here, I got the impression they were dumped because of the way they were manipulating the SP by dumping their parcels to pick up the next parcel even cheaper.
I cannot recall exactly, but they were going to talk to La Jolla about changing that behaviour and investing in the future value of the company. When that didn't work they backed out of the deal.
All hearsay on my part, but I believe someone had a direct email or phone call with TNR?
