GPASAS If you look at most other company's,public and private you will find inter party transactions. In 2003 the current board were going to transform this egg company into a snack bar business and use the proceeds from selling the egg business to buy something else. I don't like the way mr lendich and his mates have run this company either but he has kept the egg business, expanded it, won some contracts with Coles and others. This company is profitable if you look deeper into the financials just not at the bottom line.
