Good to see someone else in these illiquid smallcaps. I have been in this one and in MHI for years. I was already a shareholder when Lendich and his mob took control and I have never had a chance to leave since then. If stocks like this one fall in price and look cheaper and cheaper relative to NTA or PE, then I just continue to hold on or buy more over the years. I certainly can't sell a stock at 9.6c when the NTA is 39.6c.

The result was a bit better than we have seen in recent years so let's hope they are turning it around. I still don't like the related party transactions and the fact that the directors have businesses which appear to compete with FRM.

The guys challenging the board haven't put up much of a fight and don't appear to have even answered the poor references which were made about them by the Board.

Any chance you will be at the meeting? I won't be.
