Brisbane based so afraid not. Related party stuff and salary of ceo is concerning. Only hope is the high director ownership aligns interest enough. Looks like someone was holding a big lot of shares until they went ex-voting rights and now selling at 9.6c. That will keep in depressed for a while.
Great to speak to someone who knows the long term history of these small caps. Is there any other surplus land they are likely to be able to flog off above NTA that you know of?
Another illiquid small cap i like is Brisbane based PTB. Also AVG although it is a bit more liquid. Both have the winds of debt reduction, lower $A and lower interest rates/finance costs behind them and confident FY14 outlooks. Let me know if they have come across your radar. Cheers
