rd75, they'll never produce at $15/oz. They can't even use a calculator, the preso actually works out at $17.88/oz but IMO they'll never produce at that either. $25/oz absolute minimum is my guess, more like $30. Poor grades, enormous costs.
Just look at their production costs for this quarter. $6.6m. Even if they had produced 300,000 ozs (100,000 per month) that would give a cash cost of $22. So they expect you to believe that they can more than quadruple production whilst at the same time cutting costs by 32%?
