    re: why - ncm down ? The last 3 stocks you mention are far better gold plays then NCM. CRS is slightly hedged, KCN is unhedged for the whole of 2003 (hedging from next year), and LHG from memory is about 15% hedged.

    NCM is one of the worst gold stocks to own, they are about $900mil in the red (from 21/10/02). Ironically as gold goes up this gold miner will go bust. Serves them right in my mind!
