    Please explain. If you intend to purchase say 1,000,000 shares, why buy 3 lots of 250,000, 1 lot of 249,999 an a single (1) share, i.e. five separate transactions totaling 1,000,000 shares. There has to be a good reason for it, but it eludes me.
