The dilution aspect is of interest. My understanding is there isn't any increase in issued capital, CDI ADR"S etc allow foreign investors to obtain beneficial ownership of a resident companies shares but not legal ownership.
The same issued capital is traded, so if I sell my PEN it may get matched to an ADR buyer in the US albeit that 1 ADR may be some multiple of PEN shares. Happy to be corrected if wrong. If PEN are issuing new shares for US listing how many?
As for consolidation early days but seems to be holding up which is a good sign. Watch the next week or so to see which way the pips head.
