wdqua1 well said exactly what i am trying to understand
i paid .029 for each of it now thats equal to 1.16.
and to convert them to an ordinary share i ll need to fort out another 1.2o
so if i can buy any cheaper than that i am better off that way, and
may be able to claim some CGT offset as penoc will expire worthless plus less dilution.
so basically share price has to get to at least 2.36 before i will be converting them
