Thats the crux of the matter...like for like, what does that mean? Take the specifics out of the equation, clone all the similar MCs and give them all a Ross and a Karoo and a couple of wet-ink contracts etc etc and you can make the comparison. I don't see MC as the likely performance denominator.
You can take third party statistics with a grain of salt. but stats are stats. If we want to talk about MCs and the characteristics of dual-listed U stocks...for example... here's ProActive's view...
"Average daily turnover of uranium peer companies dual listed on a U.S. stock exchange consistently exceed the liquidity levels achieved on their non-U.S. exchange by factor of 4 to 7 times.
Uranium companies with a listing on a U.S. stock exchange benefit from a higher relative valuation than companies that do not have a U.S. listing.
Comparable In-Situ Recovery (ISR) companies with a U.S. listing outperform companies that do not have a U.S. listing by a factor of 2 to 3 times enterprise value per pound of measured and indicated resource."
Draw your own conclusions. They'll be as valid as mine, Vintage's or anyone elses.
