The director bought them in 2013 and sold them over the last month. still holds plenty of shares in multiple accounts according to the disclosure! Also, if he sold some and then bad news was released and the share price went down, I think there'd be a few legal issues. If I made 500k over 2 years and still had plenty of shares leftover for the future, I'm sure I would consider selling some. I personally think we have very good news ahead. Don't let it become a distraction. Maybe asking him directly might be beneficial?
