    I think some people over think the personal decisions that other people make.

    Maybe he needed some funds. Maybe he was buying his son a house. Maybe there was a personal issue that he needed to resolve with cash. I see this speculation happening a lot on HC, across other stocks, but the truth is that we aren't to know why anyone sells their shares at a time when they're in a good place to rise.
