I had this share shorted from $2.11

Leaving aside all of that aside, I did apply for a few jobs, and noticed that the company I was applying for was using pageup. There's a few companies which are using this. So, that's the good part.

From an applicant's viewpoint, it wasn't that great. Yes, it scans some document and pre-fills some of the data. However, at the same time, it''s like adding more data to someone holding a silly database. Maybe companies like it and want to pay for it. All the power to them!

But from an applicant's viewpoint, it was WAY easier to me to just hit send on an email. This is just one more step I had to do filling the forms. Now, imagine filling the same forms over and over and over again for multiple companies - I did that and hated it. So much so, I put off applying to some companies simply because of the same form, where I would have to enter in my academic qualifications over and over again. And then MY ENTIRE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY over and over and over again. :thumbsd:

So yes, maybe some companies love it for all the data it provides (they might even pay for it). For me, as an individual applicant, it was just a downer (irrespective of my stock position).
