Strange question - I would ask why the SP ever rose in the first place. This is one of the most obvious dud stocks I have seen in a while IMO. If you track what they have said their client numbers are, how much their clients are supposed to be paying, and what the receivables, revenues and receipts are, even with a reasonable lag it does not even nearly add up. Doesn't take much to work that out.
