Delta and Arryd - I have to respectfully disagree - the new pools model is merely shuffling deckchairs. Also these were trials in may - so they all probably failed to lead to a (profitable) paying customer? The bookings revenue number situation is a fantasy number IMO, akin to a restaurant guesstimating how much revenue per table they will get, and publishing this to their banker, but then later finding that nearly all the reservations are no shows. On balance, the clients do not seem willing to pay for the service. Seems obvious to me.
